Partner terms

1. The program

The AdHub Partner Program (the "Program") is run by WEB UNIVERS LLC ("AdHub", "we"). By applying, you ("Partner") accept these terms. We may approve or refuse any application at our discretion.

These terms cover the affiliate program on partners.adhub.cloud. The in-app "Invite friends" referral (credit for inviting friends) has its own rules shown in the app.

2. Commission

You earn 25% of the amount each Referred Customer pays for AdHub credit (top-ups), excluding taxes, payment-processor fees we can't recover, bonus credit and any amount refunded or charged back, for as long as the customer's account exists and the Program runs.

A "Referred Customer" is a new AdHub account created within 60 days after its first visit through your link, when your link was the last partner or referral link clicked before sign-up. Existing accounts can't become Referred Customers.

3. Payouts

Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the top-up it comes from. We pay once a month when your payable balance is at least $50, by PayPal or bank transfer to the details in your dashboard. You're responsible for correct payout details and for your own taxes.

If a top-up is refunded or charged back, its commission is reduced or cancelled; if it was already paid, the difference is deducted from your next payouts.

4. How you may promote AdHub

Allowed: honest content (reviews, tutorials, posts, videos, newsletters, websites) that discloses you earn a commission where the law requires it.

Not allowed: spam (unsolicited email, messages or comments); bidding on "AdHub" or close variations in search ads, or using them in domain names; coupon, cashback or incentive sites; misleading claims about AdHub, its prices or results; pretending to be AdHub or its staff; using your own link to buy for yourself or accounts you control; any illegal content.

5. Ending the partnership

You may leave at any time. We may suspend or end your participation, or change the Program, with notice by email. If you break these terms, we may withhold unpaid commissions related to the breach and close your partner account. Commissions validly earned before an ending without breach are paid as usual.

6. General

You're an independent partner, not an employee or agent of AdHub. We provide the Program as is and are not liable for indirect losses; our total liability is limited to the commissions owed to you. The Program is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
